This Privacy Policy describes how Tooliphy ("we", "us") collects, uses and protects information when you visit https://www.tooliphy.site.

1. Files and content you process

Most of our tools — including PDF, image, text, developer and calculator tools — run entirely in your web browser. Files you select are not uploaded to our servers and never leave your device.

A few tools need a server: the SEO analyzer, meta tag extractor, sitemap crawler and llms.txt generator fetch the public web page URL you enter; the website speed test sends the URL to Google PageSpeed Insights; the currency converter loads public exchange rates; and "Enhance with AI" features send the text you provide to our AI provider solely to generate a response. We do not store this content.

2. Information we collect

  • Contact & newsletter: your name and email when you contact us or subscribe.
  • Usage data: anonymised analytics such as pages visited, browser and device type.
  • Security logs: a hashed IP address to prevent abuse and enforce fair-use limits.
  • Local storage: preferences such as dark mode, favourites, recently used tools and notes are stored only in your browser.

3. Cookies and advertising

We use cookies to remember preferences and to measure traffic. We display ads served by Google AdSense. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to this website or other websites.
